Apartment 3
Apartment 3 has an area of about 45 m2 distributed in a double bedroom, a bathroom and a large dining room with integrated kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed (bed size 1,60) and two wardrobes. In the living room there is a sofa bed where two people can sleep (bed size 1,40).
The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances for day to day as well as a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave. Gas stove and oven. Medium size refrigerator with freezer.
Spacious bathroom with bath, bidet and hair dryer. It has a closet where and has the boiler and washing machine. It has a window facing the inner courtyard.
The double bedroom and dining room have large windows facing a large inner courtyard. This makes the apartment very quiet and has lots of natural light throughout the day.
Like all our apartments it has air conditioning , unlimited Wi-Fi and television. In addition, this apartment has natural gas heating.
