Apartment 1
Apartment 1 has an area of about 60 m2 distributed in two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and an office kitchen open to the living room. One room has a double bed (bed size 1,60) and two wardrobes ; and the other one, has two single beds and one wardrobe.
It has a bathroom with a bathtub and hair dryer and a toilet. The bathroom leads to a small inner courtyard where there is a laundry room and a washing machine.
Large living room with a sofa bed where two people can sleep (bed size 1,40). This apartment has an office kitchen that is open to the living room.
The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances for day to day as well as a coffee maker, toaster, kettle or microwave. Vitroceramic hob and electric oven. Fridge with freezer. You will also find a welcome kit with dish soap, scrubs and kitchen towels.
The double bedroom and dining room have large windows facing a large inner courtyard. This makes the apartment very quiet and has lots of natural light throughout the day.
Like all our apartments it has air conditioning with heat pump, unlimited Wi-Fi and television. Towels and bed linen needed for the entire stay are included.
